From my own opinion, it is much better than 味千 (I will send more comments at the 旅遊及飲食區 later)
However, it is a little bit greasy according to my normal preference level.
Anyway, I will suggest you to try it out to see whether it meets your taste.
I consider 一蘭 is better due to having the choices of reduced oil, sauce, ...., etc to meet each personal taste.
一蘭 only Yen 780 = HK$55 (standard bowl) with added noodle and meat = HK$80 (with extra portion)

Menya Musashi is an award winner (1st and 3rd) for Japanese noodle at TBS Japan TV.
