I use : 英國 Prysmian UK 6242Y - Twin & Earth 4mm Stranded Cable (孖支孖膠連水線)

2.5mm 單支單膠 --> Solid Core
4.0mm 孖支孖膠 --> Stranded
Solid Core (<4.0mm) --> Powerful (long run-in time)
Stranded (>4.0mm) --> Analytical (shorter run-in period)
There are brothers who choose either 2.5mm, 4.0mm or 6.0mm for dedicated cable lines.
In general, 4.0mm is nominal cable size for most users.
