In fact, the house has been completed with basic furniture and I can move in anytime.
For example, there is a king size (5 feet) bed in the guest room but the master bedroom is empty (a super king size bed 6' to be purchased).
However, I only plan to stay in the house during good seasons (i.e. June - October) after my retirement as summer house.
Therefore, at this moment, the house is not yet fully furnished.
I will try to setup the equipment for the AV room progressively by sending all my spare parts (e.g. M&K speakers) later.
I think it may take several years before the mission can be completed.
Anyway, I may stay in the house 2-3 times per year for holiday visits.

I find there are wide range of bed frame & mattress can be selected in UK.
For master bedroom, we have selected the super king size (6 feet) Sealy Adelaide Divan Bed Set:
