有個日本人邀請我到銅鑼灣 Ten Yoshi 吃天婦羅 (Fine Dining)

他說這店是吃天婦羅甚出名的,訂了位會坐在吧檯親自睇住日本師父制作

到達 Ten Yoshi 後,訂的座位是吧檯及是全店最佳的位置,可清楚正望師父制作的整個過程

最後是由邀請我的日本人叫餐,他說可嘗試天婦羅套餐

餐牌上有 4 款套餐,是(1)天婦羅全席或(2)天婦羅+壽司,各有兩個單價 $460 / $620

他選擇了 [一任廚師]天婦羅全席 Tanoshiya Course (Tsumami & Tampura Course) $620/人

共有 11 道飲料及食物 --> 內有 3 道即 9 個天婦羅

與日本朋友聊天,食完晒前菜才記得無影相

蒸物 - Steamed Dish

即海鮮湯,加入檸檬汁,像茶壺倒出,用杯飲湯,再食壺內海鮮

非常清甜鮮味,亦完全不油膩
