牛肋條蒟蒻味噌煮

想減壓最好就係入廚房
洗洗切切可以忘記煩惱
材料很簡單,牛肋條、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔、牛蒡、蒟蒻
只用了米酒、豉油及味噌作調味
煮好後放一晚,隔天食更入味

係UNY超巿見到有鮮人蔘賣
手痕包咗一包
夏天最好食韓國人蔘雞湯補一補
返屋企上網搵食譜
用LC煲煮依個湯有樣好,兩粒鐘之後都仲有好多湯,中間只係補過一次水
第一次煮結論係,下要買隻好少少的雞,依家D冰鮮雞真係雞無雞味

ひじきの煮物
上次去大阪時買了一包羊栖菜(ひじき),然後就一直把它遺忘在廚櫃中。最近收捨廚櫃時把它找了出來,因為姐都喜歡吃,決定煮多一點,除了分一半給姐外,餘下的放在冰箱可以慢慢吃。

原來好耐無update依個post
最近無業中但都好似好鬼死忙,趁住返新工之前都係快d 煮多幾次飯仔

其實我自己鍾意歐式麵包嗰種外脆內軟的口感
可惜老豆換咗新假牙之後咬唔到咁硬的麵包
所以要努力搵軟包食譜

前幾日算係成功咗的試驗品係冰種麥包,出爐好軟熟,隔日切嚟食仲keep到好軟
