第一次整蝦子柚皮
偷懶沒有用燒外皮的方法,只係將表皮批走
浸咗兩日水(其間不停換水),再用雞湯炆咗一粒鐘
上枱前再加少少蠔油同薄獻,最後灑上蝦子,搞掂 :onion77: :onion77: :onion77:

紅酒燴牛尾
材料(4人份量)
新鮮牛尾 1細條  
洋蔥 2個  
紅蘿蔔 2個
西芹 半棵  
蒜頭 3粒
蕃茄一罐
月桂葉 3片  
紅酒 500ml  
水 適量  

煮法
1. 洗淨牛尾,飛水,用廚房紙抹乾,上少少麵粉,燒紅鑊分幾次把牛尾煎至金黃色,取出備用。
2. 同鑊洋蔥切中塊、蒜頭3粒,炒至金黃色,加入紅酒一杯。
3. 紅蘿蔔(1個), 西芹1/4棵放入煲內, 加入牛尾,蕃茄及洋蔥連紅酒、月桂葉,再加水直至蓋過牛尾,這時可加入鹽胡椒粉調味,大火煲滾後用文火炆1.5小時。
4. 其後加入餘下紅蘿蔔(1個), 西芹1/4棵、洋蔥1個,再用文火炆30分鐘,最後如有需要可加入鹽胡椒粉調味,食得。

註:
因為我喜歡吃紅蘿蔔及西芹, 所以留下一半份量在最後半小時才放. 懶人可以一開始放晒, 但最後可能會煮爛晒無菜食
