極力推介一家不見經傳既大阪麵食店,主打手打蕎麥麵。因為喺酒店隔離,行過見佢係手打麵,望下再見門口兩個石磨同一位師博手造麵條。

蕎麥麵食落煙韌,其他菜式亦具水準,同以往食既 Soba 好唔同。

可能小弟大鄉里,喺大阪第一次試沾麵,食法跟 Soba 差唔多,都係麵同湯分開上,食用時張麵沾湯先食。因為麵唔係浸住啲湯,所以感覺爽口啲,而沾麵既麵身比拉麵較粗。花花一直提我唔好齋飲湯(跟日本人飲埋個湯底唔同),因為沾麵既湯會比較鹹。

我果日去果間叫玉五郎,唔清楚係咪大阪最好既一間,但就根植大阪,老舖喺黑門巿場。
